Hello! Hello! To my great, big beautiful, outstanding family. Yes, I said great, and most certainly, as you all know already, we are beautiful people to look upon (ha ha).
This is Marion Jewel Walker Suttle, the ninth child of twelve children born to Robert and Mary Pope Walker in Dolcito, a suburb of Tarrant, Alabama. This is where I lived and grew up, until I was 15 years old. My family had to move, because the Dolcito Rock Quarry, owner of the property where we lived, needed the land to enlarge the quarry, which is still there today.
A message of inspiration:
Keep doing good, helpful things, for the family and others. Don't always look to be thanked for the things you do, if it's done from your heart. I don't feel Jesus looked for any thanks, when He gave his life on the cross for us.
How do I feel about the newsletter?
I feel the newsletter, is a good project to start communicating with the family members again!
Hopefully, this will bring us closer together, showing how successful we are as a family and how we have grown over the years.
